Vegan Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cups All purpose flour

3 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 Tsp baking powder

1 Cup granulated Sugar

1/2 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp White Vinegar

1 Tsp Vanilla extract

5 Tbsp Vegetable oil

1 Cup Water

Method:

Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

Shift the flour & Cocoa powder.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

Make 3 wells in the dry mixture.

Put oil in one, Vinegar in second, & vanilla in third.

Pour 1 cup of water and mix well.

Either grease the 8" pan or line it with parchment paper.

Pour the batter in pan, bake for 35 minutes.

Let it cool for 10 mins in the pan and then let it cool completely on the rack before frosting.
